Booking Policies

APPOINTMENTS
All appointments must be secured with a credit card when calling the office.

NO EXCEPTIONS
Attempting to make an appt via Instagram or any social media outlet, will not be accepted, please make sure your appointment is confirmed through our booking system.

When booking through Vagaro, please know that is a “request” only. It is NOT an appointment, someone will contact you to confirm your appointment request.

BOOKING FEE
All appointments require a $50 deposit at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. If the appointment is kept, the fee is applied to the cost of the appointment/procedure. If the appointment is missed or no-show, the non-refundable $50.00 will be applied to the cancellation fee (unless 24-hour notice is given).

Appointments that are two hours or longer require a $100 deposit at the time of booking, this deposit is applied toward the cost of the appointment/procedure. If the appointment is missed or a no-show, the $100 will be forfeited and applied toward your cancelation fee (unless 48-hour notice is given).

CONFIRMATION EMAILS
As a courtesy, we will EMAIL you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY
Skin Deep has a 24-hour cancellation policy for appointment under two hours, and a 48-hour cancellation policy for appointments two hours or more. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give us a 48-hour notice so we can make the time available to other clients. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

For appointments under two hours, our cancellation fee is: $50.00.

For appointments two hours or more, the cancellation fee is: $100.00.

NO CHILDREN ARE PERMITTED TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
For the safety of you and your family, children are not permitted in the Med Spa. This is for the safety of the provider, you (the patient) and respect for the office. If you show up to an appointment with child(ren), you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $50. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge this policy.

REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.  No refunds are made for products, service packages and pre-paid treatments once they are purchased.  If for some reason you are not able to use an unrendered, pre-paid service, credit for the prorated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Skin Deep.

Retail: Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 7 days of purchase. Defective products may be exchanged within 3 days for the same product only.

No refunds on Gift Certificates purchases.

TREATMENT OUTCOMES
Skin Deep is committed to serving you in the best way that we can. We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!

REVISION OF TREATMENTS OR TREATMENT COMPLICATIONS
The practice of medicine and aesthetics is not an exact science, and medical spa treatments are the practice of medicine.  Although good results are anticipated, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by anyone as to the actual results you may get. Occasionally additional treatments and/or treatment for problems or complications may be required. These could result in additional charges for which you may be responsible.

RIGHTS RESERVED
Skin Deep will try to communicate policy changes with you in advance wherever possible. However, we do reserve the right to change our policies without notice.

PRACTICE – PATIENT RELATIONSHIP
We love having you as a patient, however, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
